This Platform is intended only for lawful Muslim marriages and not for dating, casual chatting, or friendship. Users can register, create a profile, and search for compatible matches who are also registered users.
2. Authenticity of Information
- Provide genuine, truthful, and complete information.
- Accounts with false information may be suspended or deleted.
- Report suspicious profiles or activity immediately to support.
3. Eligibility
- Minimum age: 18 (women), 21 (men).
- Must be legally eligible to marry under Islamic Shariah and applicable civil law.
- Already married users must reflect marital status according to Islamic allowance.
- Non-Muslims cannot register.
4. Account Registration and Verification
- Valid mobile number and email ID required.
- Verification via SMS, phone call, or email.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Accounts with false information may be suspended or terminated.
5. Identity Verification
To maintain authenticity, users may submit the following:
- Masked Aadhaar Card (Optional)
- PAN Card
- Driving License
Linking social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) may also be requested. Fraudulent activity will be reported to authorities if necessary.
6. Acceptable Use
- Communicate respectfully according to Islamic values.
- Prohibited: obscene content, promoting non-Islamic relationships, spamming, misrepresentation.
- Violation may result in permanent account suspension.
7. Membership and Fees
Basic membership is free. Premium features may require payment. Prices and offers may change periodically.
8. Refund Policy
All payments for subscriptions or premium services are non-refundable. Review details carefully before purchase.
9. Termination or Suspension
- Accounts violating Terms, misusing the platform, or sharing false information may be suspended or terminated.
- Users may request account deletion anytime.
10. Disclaimer
- No guarantee of successful matches or marriages.
- Not responsible for accuracy or truthfulness of user profiles.
- Users must independently verify information before commitment.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). Jurisdiction lies with appropriate courts in India.
12. Amendments
We may update Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
13. Communication Consent
- Receive service-related messages, updates, and notifications.
- Receive promotional emails, SMS, or calls relevant to activity and preferences.
Marketing communications can be opted out anytime via support.
14. Parent Company
Qubool Hai is a product of Global Appnest. Users are bound by both Qubool Hai and Global Appnest Terms.
